【MiHMS Upgrade】Release of “Alert function” (v3.1)

(Mind Health Measurement System has been renamed to Motivel. Last updated: 2020-01-08)

On June 22nd , Risk Measurement Technologies Co., Ltd. has released “the alert function” for Mind Health Measurement System (MiHMS, Version 3.1). In addition, we have released a list function to check conditions of group members on the dashboard for administrators of group users.

Conditions for generating alerts

Alerts are displayed when “Mind Activity” violates one of the following three conditions.

  • “Mind Activity” has decreased for 5 days in a row.
  • “Mind Activity” has dropped by more than 20 points in 7 days.
  • “Mind Activity” has been observed below 20 points for 3 days in a row.

Note 1: A minimum of 7 results in the last 14 days is required to determine an alert.
Note 2: If there are multiple results on the same day, the lowest value on that day will be used to determine an alert.

Displaying alert

For personal user version (Including personal use application for group users)

The condition is displayed on the screen where each indicator is displayed after the measurement. The function to display alerts at any time without measurement will be added soon.

For group user version

In consideration of privacy when multiple people use a common device, alerts are displayed simply. In addition, when measuring with a personal smartphone, etc., the display will be the same as the above personal user version.

In the administrator dashboard, administrators can check the conditions of all group members in the “Condition list”. Members with alerts are highlighted in green color. Administrators can also check the users who have not measured at least once in the last 14 days or have measured less than 7 days in the last 14 days.
