For group users

Does your company check its own Motivation?

The mind to make customers happy and be helpful to someone is the motivation of all employees. High motivation can make employees moderate tensions, increasing concentration and attention, and lead to improving customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction and business performance based on high quality services.

On the other hand, employees may be exposed to excessive tension for a long time if they work too hard unconsciously. In this case, a small incident can cause a loss of employees’ concentration and attention, and lead to temporary decreasing in performance. However, in most cases, the performance can be recovered by taking an early rest or a refresh time.

If employees work too hard to make up for the decline in performance, their concentration and attention can be declined from impatience, leading to further performance decline. These situations can sometimes lead to serious incidents due to operational risk and HR risk, ultimately leading to lost revenue opportunities, damage to reputation, decrease customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction through service quality decline and increase related costs for addressing various incidents.

Therefore, the care of employees at an early stage is very important for corporate management. By addressing at an early stage, the total cost of addressing to various risks can be decreased, and the corporate performance can be improved.

Also, MiHMS can be used for health management tool at telework and mind health check tool without verbal communication.

How to measure

  • You can speak freely. For example, “Good morning”, “I’m fine.”, etc.
  • Only two utterances are sufficient. The more utterances, the more analysis accuracy can be expected.
  • The results for the past 14 days are also taken into the latest result. By continuing, you will understand your own status.

How to read the results

The indicator that the condition of mind health is called “Mind Activity”. The range of “Mind Activity” is from 1 to 100 points. The average of “Mind Activity” varies from person to person, but around 50 points is average value generally.

First, to measure for about a week and get your average. The timing of measurement is free, but for example, when getting up, going to work, returning home, going to bed, etc.

Conversely, if the numbers are on a downward trend, the condition of mind health is slightly deteriorating. If one of the following three trends are observed, it is considered that the condition of mind health is deteriorating.

  • “Mind Activity” has decreased for the 5th day straight.
  • “Mind Activity” has dropped by more than 20 points in 7 days.
  • “Mind Activity” has been observed below 20 points for the 3rd day straight.

All it takes is a voice. You can easily and quickly measure your mind health anytime, anywhere. Mind health can be measured even when verbal communication is difficult.

No response biases. The self-written mind health check (stress check) poses a problem of response biases, in which the users’ consciousness or unconscious overestimation (underestimation) makes it impossible to obtain an appropriate result. MiHMS is free from this problem.

Mechanism to measure mind health from voice. Have you ever experienced that you couldn’t speak well when you were in a state of tension? For example, your voice cracked. In tension, the vocal cords shrink, and the vocal cords become narrower, making voice crack, but the response of the vocal cords cannot be controlled by the person’s own intention (involuntary reaction). Therefore, MiHMS measures mind health using the response of the vocal cords due to such tension.
